Experience Run on an Autumn Evening
Lahti invites sports enthusiasts to experience an autumn evening in a truly unique way as the Dark Run takes over Salpausselkä.
This atmospheric running event offers participants the chance to move through nature in the dark, guided only by the glow of their headlamps, combining exercise, memorable experiences, and a strong sense of community.
Two running distances are available, 5 km and 10 km, suitable for both recreational runners and more experienced athletes. The routes mainly follow outdoor trails, where a captivating, safe, and visually striking environment has been created.
The Dark Run is not just a race – it’s an experience that highlights the beauty of autumn nature, the mystery of darkness, and the shared moments among participants. A headlamp is a mandatory piece of equipment and an essential part of the event’s identity.
The event is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
